Hector and his team are amazing. Been a customer here for the past four years. These guys have always gone above and beyond when it comes to their customer service and honesty. They help fix anything you need done and are always trying to throw in a few little extras. Went in recently for an oil change, brake pad and rotors. Car is running excellent and they continue to treat me and my wife great every time. We will be moving soon and its sad that I won't have Hector and his team anymore. Hector’s great! My brother and I were from out of town and thought we had an issue with the belt. Hector looked it over. He found that it wasn’t an issue with the belt, but instead something was loose. He quickly fixed it and sent us on our way with no charge. Very honest mechanic. If I’m ever in Santa Babara again and have care problems, I’ll go to him! Gabe L

It’s only a matter of time using this business, so I’ll reserve a 5-Star rating until I.m sure they’re consistent. However, that said, they wowed me today. I knew my brakes were starting to go bad and decided to act now, before I had to replace the entire brake apparatus. Went in and got a quote for $250.00 and they promised to have it done in two hours. Worked for me!! Well within what I’d budgeted for the work and waaaay less time than I had anticipated it taking. I’m going to need new tires for the winter, so I am pretty sure Figueroa Street Auto Care will see me again soon Miguel G
